Archbishop Victor Fernandez of Argentina, author of the book ‘The Art of Kissing,’ has been appointed by Pope Francis to serve as Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, formerly known as the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
